Guide of Organic Oils created by C.I.Bi. within the frameworkof the program BIOLMED"Transnational Network for Enhancing the Mediterranean Organic Olive-Growing Competitiveness" to strengthen the net among organic olive-growers of the Mediterranean, financed within the EC Med initiative. To write its content C.I.Bi. had the precious collaboration of the project partner, both Italian and foreign: CIHEAM – IAMB Bari (leadpartner), Apulia Region, Junta de Andalusia, Seae, Mgarr, Tei, Icea and Dio. The Oil Guide, withmore than 350 participating samples, represents the most comprehensive and exhaustive guide to organic extra-virgin olive oils, including also interesting info onthe prize, operators, areas of production, and cultivars.Oils participating to BIOL Prize were displayed in dedicated areas on the occasionof BIOLExhibitions that tookplace in Greece, Malta, and Spain.
